On November 30th we held a customer training seminar for 30 contractor's from various parts of the United States as well as Puerto Rico and Canada. The seminar lasted two days and was a great success, despite the snow storm, power outage and floor scrubber feats of strength (click on the video link from YouTube). We usually hold this type of seminar 3-4 times per year or more often if required. Since our customer's never really know when they are going to be available, we do not schedule these seminar's more than a month and a half in advance. We do however hold 10-15 individual training sessions at the request of our customer's.
