Terrazzo Diamond Polishing Tools and Pads
STI offers metal and resin bonded diamond tooling for the Terrazzo Industry. The tools are specifically designed to cut newly installed terrazzo as well as produce a highly polished final finish. Our terrazzo diamond tools have been specially formulated for the cutting of terrazzo floors as this material differs from concrete. Terrazzo flooring can be a mixture of Marble, Granite, Glass, Shell, Aluminum, Zinc, Brass, etc. and our tools are designed to cut all of these materials at the same plane. So, aggregate hardness differences or metal divider strips are no longer an obstacle to achieving a flat and consistent cut as the tools cut all materials at the same rate.
Marble Diamond Polishing Tools and Pads
STI offers diamond tooling for the effective and productive restoration and/or polishing of most Marble species. These products are effective at removing Marble tile lippage, as well as producing the highest attainable shine. Traditionally Marble is protected and maintained with chemical treatments as it is a softer stone. However it is important to note that without the proper mechanical polishing, the chemicals will only serve as a band-aid to keep it looking good. Our mission for Marble is to produce the best polish and then enhance this mechanical finish by using chemical treatments for protection.
