Substrate Technology Inc. was started in 1995 as a result of contracting services in the Chicago Metropolitan area. Our company started with the intent of improving the surface preparation industry by selling our Prep/Master® grinding machines and diamond tooling for the effective preparation of concrete surfaces. Since then we have grown into a diversified corporation that now offers innovative products for not only concrete surface preparation, but also concrete polishing, shot-blasting, steel cleaning, terrazzo and marble restoration and concrete milling. Our products, machinery and diamond tooling, are top of the line products made with the intent of delivering not only the best possible finish, but also the most productive project turn-around for the highest profit.
